The Bat (Kings Island; 1981)

The Bat was an Arrow Dynamics suspended roller coaster at Kings Island that operated from 1981, to 1983. This was the first suspended roller coaster in the world. In 2014, Kings Island renamed their current suspended swinging roller that was called "Flight Deck" to "The Bat" to pay homage to the first suspended roller coaster in the world.
