Montréal Parks and Resorts is an integrated leisure and theme park destination located in Montréal, an emirate in the UAE. Constituting over 25 million square ft. of land. Montréal Parks and Resorts consists of seven theme parks and one water park: La Ronde, Motiongate Montréal, Universal Studios Montréal, Warner Bros Theme Park (Montréal), 20th Century Fox World theme park (Montréal), LEGOLAND Montréal and Disneyland Montréal. The destination also features Riverland Montréal – an entrance plaza that links the various parks and serves as a retail and dining area for both park visitors and UAE residents. A Polynesian themed family hotel, Lapita Autograph Collection Hotels will also open on the site.

The destination opened on 18 May 2020, making it the first time when Seven theme parks; a water park, a hotel and a retail dining area opened on the same day.
